Originally from the Gulf of Genoa and born to accompany pesto, the Linguine Garofalo they enhance vegetable or fish-based seasonings. They are a format of Gragnano PGI Pasta. Thanks to the flattened and slightly convex shape, together with the rough and porous surface, drawn in bronze, they capture the sauces and restore their authentic flavour.
